A 1:1 collaborative service for hosts who already have a vision but want help refining it. From reviewing your menu to tweaking the timeline, we’ll lend a fresh eye and experienced hand to make sure everything flows.

  • You’ll complete a pre-event intake questionnaire prior to our 60-minute planning call (or in-person session) to review your menu, timeline, decor ideas, and layout.

    You’ll get personalized feedback in a custom proposal with product links, timeline notes, and tips. Text/email support day-of is an optional add-on.

Signature Table is your shortcut to a pulled-together, personalized tablescape—without buying out the entire home décor aisle. Whether you're styling a birthday dinner, holiday gathering, or your first-ever hosted meal, I’ll curate the pieces and layout that bring your vision to life. You choose your vibe; I’ll deliver the design.

  • We’ll start with a style consult to define theme, colors, and mood. From there, you’ll receive a custom tabletop design plan with product/source list with direct links, and a mockup visual guide.

    Optional add-ons: Tablescape item rentals (e.g. linens, chargers, or centerpieces) and in-person styling. Inquire about pricing.

    • Hosts who love aesthetics but need a little structure

    • Seasonal dinners, themed parties, or special occasions

    • Anyone who wants their table to feel put-together and personal

  • Investment of $125. A $75 deposit required upon booking. Remaining balance will be invoiced.

This is the white-glove service. We design and coordinate your entire gathering—from menus and tablescapes to rentals and timelines—so you can focus on being the host, not the planner. Intimate, thoughtful, elevated (but still totally you).

    • Planning consultation to define your goals, guest count, and preferences

    • Custom event plan (theme, layout, timeline, menu guidance)

    • Sourcing and setup of décor, rentals, and tablescape

    • Coordination with chef/caterer or food styling (if needed)

    • On-site setup, styling, and optional teardown

  • This depends on the level of service you are needing. For more in-depth services, we recommend 1-3 months prior to your event. For other services, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and collaboration. However, if you’re on a shorter timeline, reach out—we may still be able to make it work!

  • We currently offer in-person services in the greater Nashville area, but we’re happy to consult on virtual support for hosts outside the region. Just inquire and we’ll see what’s possible!

  • Absolutely. We believe some of the best conversations happen around a table of 4–6 people. Whether you’re hosting a dinner for two or twelve, we’re here to help you do it well.

  • Yes! We’re all about elevated experiences that don’t require extravagance. Let us know your range, and we’ll tailor recommendations and services that make the most of it.

  • You’ll receive a quick form to tell us more about your gathering. From there, we’ll follow up with a custom proposal and timeline. No pressure—just possibilities.

  • Not at all. If you already have pieces you love, we’ll work with them. If you’d like suggestions for local rentals or sourcing, we can help with that too.
